Mission Statement: Provide high quality, professional legal assistance to Colville Tribal members, specifically children, the elderly, the disabled and the indigent, in ways that will bring strength and health to our culture and all members of our community.

Services Provided: The Legal Office provides legal services to enrolled Colville Tribal members with particular focus on children, elder, and disability matters. The Office is mandated by Tribal law to represent all children in proceedings under Chapter 5-2 of the Colville Tribal Law and Order Code, which include Minor-in-Need-of-Care cases. Consistent with established priorities, the Office also assists with SSI/SSDI claims, wills, advance directives, school discipline and special education matters; a specific type of civil rights claim; and provides advice, information and referrals on a wide array of civil matters as time and resources permit.
