The Colville Business Council meeting in Special Session on Thursday, May 9, 2019 passed Resolution 2019-249 approving the ck̓ʷul̓st sqlaw̓ scale setting trades wages on all commercial general contracts which require a TERO Compliance and Utilization Plan effective October 1, 2019. The effective date serves as a transitional period to allow contractors to factor in scale changes for construction projects that are already in progress or set to begin or continue into FY2020.
