~ Economic Development Grant PDF Application submission Dates Starting Oct 1 - December 31, 2024 Link

~ Colville Indian Housing Authority, PDF for submitting comments by Dec 12, 2024.

The Lucy F. Covington Government Building will be closed from Dec. 23rd through Jan. 5th. in observance of the holiday. We will return to our regular schedule on Jan. 6th, 2025.

  • The Colville Indian Housing Authority offices will be closed from Monday, December 23, 2024, and will reopen on Monday, January 6, 2025. After Hours Emergency Maintenance: (509) 634-9001

  • Inchelium Community Center over Christmas break. Dec. 23rd- 7:00am- 5:30pm
    Dec. 24th, 25th- CLOSED
    Dec. 26th, 27th- 7:00am- 5:30pm
    Dec. 30- 7:00am-5:30pm
    Dec. 31st, Jan. 1st- CLOSED
    Jan. 1st, 2nd-  7:00am-5:30pm

  • Keller Community Center over Christmas break. Dec. 23rd - 25th - CLOSED
    Dec. 26th, 27th - 8:00am - 4:00pm
    Dec. 30th - Jan. 3rd - 8:00 - 4:00 pm

  • Public Works will be closed as follows:

    • The Main Public Works Office will be closed from Monday, December 23, 2024 through Thursday, January 2, 2024.  This includes Facility Maintenance and Building Permits/Inspections.

    • The Water/Waste Water Department will be closed from Monday, December 23, 2024 through Friday, January 3, 2024.  

    • The Commercial Solid Waste pickup will be closed, Tuesday, December 24, 2024 and Wednesday, December 25, 2024, and Wednesday, January 1, 2025. 
      The Residential Curbside Solid Waste pickup will be closed as follows:

    • The Inchelium District will not have solid waste residential curbside service from Monday, December 23, 2004 through Thursday, December 26, 2024 and Wednesday, January 1, 2025. 

    • The Keller, Nespelem, Coulee Dam Areas will not have solid waste residential curbside service on Tuesday, December 24, 2024, Wednesday, December 25, 2024, and Wednesday, January 1, 2025.

    • The Omak District will not have solid waste residential curbside service on Tuesday, December 24, 2024, Wednesday, December 25, 2024, and Wednesday, January 1, 2025.   All Monday, December 23, 2024 and Tuesday, December 24, 2024 routes will be picked up on Monday December 23, 2024.  All Wednesday, December 25, 2024 and Thursday, December 26, 2024 routes will be picked up on Thursday, December 26, 2024.  
      All Transfer Stations, Disautel, Nespelem, Keller and Inchelium
      will be closed on Wednesday, December 25, 2024 and Wednesday, January 1, 2025.  They will be open for regular days and hours, Thursday through Sunday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.  
      **We will resume normal days and hours of operation on Monday, January 6, 2024.

  • Fish & Wildlife Offices (all locations) will be closed December 23, 2024 – January 2, 2025.

  • LIHEAP/SR/FDPIR, Will be closed from December 20th, 2024, and reopen on Monday, January 6th, 2025. During this time if you are in need of Funeral/Memorial Services food packages please contact Cody Marchand at 509-978-9364. Please leave a message (voice or text) with a good callback number to set up arrangements. 

  • HHS will be closed for Christmas & New Year’s and will be back in the office Dec. 20-Jan. 5 Monday, Jan. 6 Call the Native and Strong Lifeline at 988 option 4 or our 24/7 crisis line, (509) 634-2610 if you experience a mental health crisis during this time.

  • Colville Confederated Tribes Language Program Office Closed December 19, 2024 Meeting taking place off-site from the Lucy Covington Government Center. The Language Program will reopen on January 6, 2025. Happy Holidays

  • Nespelem Child Care Center will be closed for the rest of the year due to the high incidence of illness within the facility and the community. At this time, we cannot operate safely under the current conditions. We will reopen after the New Year on January 6th, 2025. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.   • NO SHUTTLE SERVICE FOR THE COLVILLE ROUTE OR INCHELIUM/NESPELEM ROUTE FROM MONDAY, DECEMBER 23RD, 2024 THROUGH JANUARY 2ND, 2025. THE SHUTTLES WILL RESUME THEIR REGULAR SCHEDULE ON JANUARY 6TH, 2024.

  • Senior Mealsites will be closed for the holiday break from December 23, 2024, and will reopen on January 6, 2025. During this period, we will continue offering chore services, in the form of wood cutting and stacking. Our staff will be on standby to ensure all elders have sufficient heating and comfort throughout the holiday season.
